Important industrial company operating in the field of processing paper based in easten Algeria, recruits its Technical Manager.
Attached with the head office, you will responsible for leading all technical activities of the factory and be the guarantor of good management: production, maintenance, methods, planning and logistics, inventory management, developments.
As part of the overall strategy of the company, you participate in defining industrial policy and guarantee its success to achieve the goals and satisfy customers of your business.
You are also responsible for equipment, buildings and staff and inventory.
You ensure the maintenance of a favorable social climate and develop the skills and qualifications of your human resources.
Desired profileGraduate of an engineering school in the graphic arts, you justify a 10-year successful experience in a similar position preferably in packaging printing.
Skills :
Modern industrial management skills such as CAPM, CMMS, project management, continuous improvement, quality assurance, methods of problem solving, HRM, prevention and safety, etc.
Expertise in extrusion, printing and flexo-graphic knowledge of plastics highly desirable
Evolution earlier in a structured environment and ISO 9001.
Qualifications : Confirmed leadership
Communication skills and negotiation, commitment and rigorous management.
Framed with success of teams within a large company (100 +).
Mastery of computer tools necessary.
Proficiency in foreign languages (French) is an important asset.
